Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Use client relationship management software to update client contact details and associated account notes.

- Organize meetings, create agendas, and prepare other necessary materials.

- After client meetings, go over and arrange your notes and plan any necessary follow-up activities.

- When necessary, collaborate with Relationship Management and other team members to give clients updates.

- Regularly check the accuracy of all client transactions and documentation.

- Be professional when speaking with customers.

- Respond to sporadic customer queries and see procedures through to completion.

- Observe all company and industry norms and guidelines.
