Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Banking (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial goals and provide customized solutions.
- Analyze clients' financial portfolios and recommend appropriate banking and investment products.
- Stay updated on market trends and economic conditions to offer informed advice.
- Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
- Collaborating with other team members and support functions to provide products and service offerings to customers
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
- Achieve sales targets set by the bank through proactive client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless banking experience.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
