We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations within a designated geographic region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all sales and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Sales with min 2 Year in BFSI Sector
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry and products.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
