Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated assistant sales manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Acquire new clients while enhancing relationships with existing ones.

- Evaluate customer needs and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment options.

- Meet monthly sales targets consistently.

- Generate leads and expand the customer base through proactive outreach.

- Collaborate with all departments to ensure effective sales coordination.

Requirements :

- Graduate or postgraduate with 1-4 years of experience in sales or marketing.

- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

- Existing client relationships are an advantage.

- Local candidates are required.
