Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales department as a direct sales manager. In this role, you will oversee and guide our sales team, ensuring they perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities :

- Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to improve team performance.

- Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

- Generate new leads through networking and various prospecting efforts.

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree is required.

- Must be local.

- At least 2 years of experience in field sales.

- Excellent communication skills.
