Officer - Retail Banking Sales (1-6 yrs)

Overview :

Engage clients at the branch level, assisting them with banking services and cross-selling products to enhance their financial wellbeing.

Principal Duties :

- Assist clients in selecting retail banking products, such as savings accounts and credit cards.

- Educate clients on banking services, offering personalized product recommendations.

- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and service.

- Proactively identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer financial situations.

- Ensure that all sales comply with regulatory standards and bank policies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Experience in retail banking or customer service is a plus.

- Strong sales acumen and communication skills.

- Ability to handle client inquiries and close sales.
