MATLAB Developer - Simulink Model (4-6 yrs)

Role : Matlab Developer

Work Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Locations : Bangalore, Chennai

MANDATORY SKILLS : Matlab, Simulink, stateflow,MIL,SIL BMS

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow-based model development.

- Strong understanding of Model-Based Design (MBD) principles and workflows.

- Proficiency in MIL and SIL testing methodologies, including test case creation and execution.

- Hands-on experience in developing BMS functionalities such as SOC, SOH, fault diagnostics, and thermal management.

- Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standards and compliance guidelines.

- Proficiency in MATLAB scripting (M-script) for automation and analysis.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TargetLink or Embedded Coder for code generation.

- Familiarity with battery cell chemistry and BMS architectures.

- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).

- Experience with TPT or similar testing tools.

- Strong debugging skills using tools like Polyspace and Trace32

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented environment.
