Senior Vendor Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall 7-10+ years of experience on project management process areas on new product development and resourcing projects.
• High on solutioning and problem-solving abilities.
• In depth understanding of PM knowledge areas Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Quality, Stakeholder management and communication.
• Knowledge on Supplier selection, supplier management.
• Should be able to comprehend technical and functional aspects of the project and support in taking them to conclusion.
• Strong communication and presentation skills along with stakeholder management
• Suggest solutions to areas of concern in processes and project management
• Should identify and develop new suppliers and familiar with the QMS and QA requirements.
• Expert of planning, tracking, and controlling various activities.
• Strong on project status reporting along with inferences and insights.
• Positive attitude, high ethics, and a good track record of working as a project manager.
• Expert in Agile way of working at program/enterprise level.
• Experience in a global/multinational company is preferred

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or similar discipline)
• Strong Communication skills. Written and spoken English.
