Senior Data Warehouse Engineer - Python Programming (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies.

- Build, enhance, and maintain data solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem.

- Develop and implement data models tailored to the specific needs of the Salesforce Data Cloud platform.

- Participate in data segmentation, orchestration, and other key initiatives within the Salesforce Data Cloud environment.

- Translate complex business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

- Design and implement data architectures that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement of data quality through proactive monitoring, analysis, and remediation efforts.

- Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT professionals.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other collaborative activities.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions to complex data challenges.

- Proactively research and evaluate new technologies and best practices in data warehousing and data engineering.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud development and implementation.

- Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Marketo and Azure.

- Knowledge of Informatica products, Unix shell scripting, and Python.

- Familiarity with data warehousing tools and platforms such as Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, and SQL Data Warehouse.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
