Mainframe Developer - JCL/COBOL (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, IMSDB, and JCL and be able to contribute to development, maintenance, and enhancement projects efficiently..

Responsibility :

- Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, IMSDB, and JCL..

- Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime..

- Perform impact analysis and provide technical solutions for business requirements..

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance..

- Optimize code and database queries for better system efficiency..

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Skills :

- COBOL. DB2. IMSDB. JCL.

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in mainframe development..

- Must be available for immediate joining..

- Knowledge of CICS will be an added advantage..

- Experience in performance tuning and debugging mainframe applications..

- Familiarity with tools like Endevor, Changeman, and File-AID.
