SCCM System Administrator

Technical Skills:

• Candidate with strong experience in Windows (2012/16 and 2019 server) and PowerShell.
• Exposure and Understanding to SCCM configuration.
• Knowledge of SCCM modules e.g Application and Patch deployment module and client-side trouble shooting.
• Experience in Windows (2012/16) server administration.
• Knowledge of basics of ITIL (incident, change and problem management).
• Working knowledge on VMware, Physical Hardware & Console (HP & Dell)
• Working knowledge of Networking, Storage.

Process Skills:

• Primarily responsible for Patch Management, Patching of servers & post troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Capable of analyzing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLAs and SOPs.
• Experience & functional knowledge on baking applications.
• Available on 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours
• Resolve technical issues by implementing break fix.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
