Required Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in Jira and Bitbucket migration projects, including data migration and integration.
• Atlassian Tools: Deep knowledge of Jira and Bitbucket, including workflows, configurations, permissions, and integration with other Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence).
• Migration Tools and Techniques: Familiarity with migration tools and best practices for Jira and Bitbucket; experience with ETL processes.
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks related to migration.
• Data Management: Understanding of data mapping, validation, and quality assurance for successful data migrations.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, with experience in integrating Bitbucket with CI/CD pipelines.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage migration timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during migration.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
