Scrum Master - Project Management (9-12 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master with strong project management expertise to lead Agile teams and ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Agile frameworks and delivering high-quality projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Guide teams in implementing and adhering to Agile principles, including Scrum and SAFe practices.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.

- Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to maximize productivity.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines effectively.

- Monitor team performance metrics, track progress, and report on Agile delivery status.

- Foster strong communication and collaboration within teams and across stakeholders.

- Provide coaching to team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 9+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.

- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

- Mandatory SAFe certification (e.g , SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.

- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Background in Automotive Electronics, Cybersecurity, or IT domains.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
