Role & responsibilities
-Build and Nurture Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with OTAs and travel agents to boost bookings and drive customer satisfaction.
-Sales Targets & Performance Management: Set and meet sales targets, monitor performance, and report on progress to the leadership team.
-Market Analysis & Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
-Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to create and launch promotional campaigns aimed at OTAs and travel agents.
-Training & Support: Educate travel agents and OTA partners on new offerings, tools, and resources to enhance their sales performance.
-Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
-Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the travel domain, with at least 3 years focused on OTA or travel agency sales.
-Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
-In-depth understanding of OTAs, travel agency sales channels, and travel industry dynamics.
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.
-Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with OTA platforms and travel booking software.
