Financial Planning Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Weekly Reporting of In-house Revenue
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on time & costs across all projects and send out reporting to Partnerships leads highlighting any material variances to pricing tool
• Monday.com to Peoplesoft Reconciliation of hard costs
• Annual analysis of rates across teams (or more regular if required)
• Liaise with accounting team to ensure that risk is eliminated on accrued revenue balances
• Build and maintain register of freelance support
• Monitor length of sale to revenue
• Assist Finance Business Partner with analyzing cost on projects and ensure these tie with accounting records
• Support with Ad hoc queries from Partnership Leads around Project Costings
• Help highlight risk and opportunities within the Policy & Branded Content Business
• Provide back up for Finance Business Partner in UK

Preferred candidate profile

Part or fully qualified accountant

Proven track record in financial forecasting and business analysis

Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Strong data manipulation and financial modelling skills

Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail

Expertise in variance analysis and budgeting

Solid understanding of GAAP principles

Clear communication of complex financial information

Adept at presenting to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Thrives in fast-paced environments and meets tight deadlines
