What You'll Do:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Partner with hiring managers to devise effective recruitment strategies and align them with organizational goals.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels and conduct thorough screening processes to identify suitable candidates.
- Process Management and Coordination: Utilize ATS for efficient process management, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate data accuracy throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Relationship Building and Branding: Cultivate positive candidate experiences, build strong relationships, and implement strategies to enhance employer branding.
- Industry Awareness and Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements, participate in networking events, and provide regular recruitment metrics reports for informed decision-making.
Experience You'll Need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business management, with a preference for HR-related disciplines.
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
- Recruitment Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Sourcing and Networking Skills: Strong sourcing and networking abilities, enabling the identification and engagement of top talent across diverse backgrounds.
