Project Head (Solar)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead MW-scale rooftop solar power projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in solar energy, excellent leadership skills, and experience in large-scale rooftop installations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple MW-scale rooftop solar projects, ensuring completion within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Develop and implement project strategies, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, government authorities, and internal teams.
Oversee system design, equipment selection, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including grid interconnection and net metering.
Lead project teams, conduct site visits, and address technical challenges.
Handle contract negotiations, permits, and approvals.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).
5+ years of solar energy experience, including 3+ years in project management.
Proven track record in large-scale solar project delivery.
Knowledge of PV system design, grid regulations, and relevant software (AutoCAD, PVsyst).
Familiarity with energy storage systems and other RE sources is a plus.

Solar PV design, grid connection, and energy yield analysis.
Project management tools and construction management practices.
