We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can bring creativity and precision to our projects, ensuring that every video resonates with our audience.
What You'll Do:
Video Production Strategy: Research, analyze, and collaborate with the production team to strategize video production.
Storyboard Creation: Develop initial storyboard drafts for videos to present to clients and internal teams.
Footage Review : Analyze talks, scripts, and raw material to create decision lists based on the value and continuity of scenes.
Innovative Video Creation: Produce innovative videos using graphics, GIFs, clips, special effects, and music for ads, reels, IGTVs, YouTube Shorts, and other social media needs.
Sequence Editing: Trim footage segments and assemble sequences based on production team briefings.
Photo & Video Production: Capture, edit, and produce photos and videos for internal and external events and projects.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all sponsor and partner logos are accurately placed according to deliverable sheets, following TED & GPPL s brand guidelines.
Pre- & Post-Production Involvement : Participate in pre-production planning, shoots, and post-production activities.
Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on all videos, including color correction, white balance, and general video quality, to align with brand guidelines.
Who You Are:
Video Editing Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing.
Demonstrated Expertise: Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Branding & Marketing: Solid understanding of branding and marketing principles.
Motion Graphics & Animation: Proficient in motion graphics, animation, color grading, and keyframing.
TED & TEDx Guidelines: Familiarity with TED and TEDx guidelines (TED.com).
Basic Animations & VFX: Knowledge of basic animations and visual effects.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality video content.
Creative Vision: Strong sense of creativity and ability to transform raw footage into engaging visual narratives.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring all videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
