Senior DFT Engineer

Tecquire Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for Senior DFT Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Design and develop DFT architectures, strategies, and methodologies for semiconductor designs

Implement scan insertion, ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation), and BIST (Built-In Self-Test) solutions

Collaborate with design, verification, and physical design teams to integrate DFT requirements into the design flow

Perform DFT analysis, fault coverage, and diagnosis to ensure high testability and low test cost

Develop and execute test plans, generate test vectors, and participate in silicon bring-up and debug activities

Mentor and guide junior DFT engineers, providing technical expertise and leadership

Requirements:Bachelor's / Master's / Ph

D

in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

Extensive experience (X years) in DFT for ASIC/FPGA designs, showcasing expertise in DFT methodologies and flows

Proficiency in DFT techniques like scan, ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST

Familiarity with industry-standard DFT tools (Synopsys DFT, Mentor Tessent, etc

)

Strong understanding of digital design principles and methodologies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of DFT engineers

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):Experience with DFT for low-power and high-speed designs

Knowledge of post-silicon validation and debug

Familiarity with advanced nodes and emerging semiconductor technologies
