• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for lateral hiring positions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in headhunting or technical recruitment consulting.
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including volume hiring, permanent staffing, executive hiring, talent acquisition, talent sourcing, and recruitment consulting.
