Must to have skills: Mobile Automation Testing - XPath Optimization , Mobile Automation Setup, CI/CD Integration, Page Object Model (POM), Java and Logic Building. Appium

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer with extensive experience in iOS and Android platforms. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated testing strategies to ensure our mobile applications are reliable, secure, and user-friendly. Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domain is a significant plus, as youll help ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated tests for iOS and Android applications, with a focus on meeting BFSI standards and ensuring secure, high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and domain experts, to understand requirements and develop effective test plans.
• Create and maintain mobile automation frameworks and scripts using tools such as Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest.
• Identify, document, and manage defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including UI/UX, performance, and regression testing, with an eye on security and compliance standards within the BFSI sector.
• Continuously optimize automation frameworks to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
