Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
Leverage data and analytics to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Monitor and analyze growth performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform growth strategies.
Represent TechUp Labs at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance our network.
Drive continuous improvement in growth processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a growth role within the B2B SaaS industry, with a strong track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the technology startup environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems, growth analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Previous experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships.
