Techsophy - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Data Modeling (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

Techsophy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team.

As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions.

Your focus will be on building advanced ML models, integrating AI technologies like RPA and NLP, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that directly impact our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Model Development & Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for a variety of applications, including but not limited to predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.

AI Integration :

- Integrate AI technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance automation and improve existing processes.

Full Lifecycle Ownership :

- Own the entire lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, communicate technical concepts, and ensure AI solutions meet business needs.

Innovation & Research :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and explore new techniques and technologies to improve our solutions.

Mentorship & Guidance :

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization :

-Monitor the performance of deployed models, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Documentation :

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed models and processes.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

Experience :

- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Technical Skills :

AI/ML Expertise :

- Deep understanding of various AI/ML algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

Deep Learning :

- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and experience building and training deep neural networks.

NLP & Computer Vision :

- Experience with NLP techniques (e., text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition) and computer vision tasks (e. , image classification, object detection).

Programming Languages :

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e., scikit-learn, pandas, numpy).

- Knowledge of R is a plus.

MLOps :

- Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance (e., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning).

Big Data Technologies :

- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop is a plus.

Cloud Computing :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.

Data Preprocessing :

- Strong skills in data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.

Model Evaluation & Validation :

- Understanding of model evaluation metrics and techniques for hyperparameter tuning and model selection.

Version Control :

- Proficiency with Git and other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with specific AI/ML use cases relevant to Techsophy's business domain.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

- Publications in relevant conferences or journals
