Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Predictive Modeling (4-7 yrs)

Role: AI/ML Engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, debug, and deploy predictive, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms.

- Dive into the technical complexities of ML algorithms, architectures, features, and bugs to identify root causes and implement solutions.

- Identify opportunities to drive innovation, accelerate product launches, and eliminate bottlenecks to deliver results.

- Dive deep to identify the root causes of issues, generate reports, and extract data to identify problem patterns.

Who We Are Looking For :

Experience :

- 4+ years of AI/ML R&D experience with an M Tech or Ph.D, preferably with publications in premium conferences/journals/patents.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Julia, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, and classical ML models and deep learning architectures.

Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with a passion for tackling complex challenges and a keen eye for detail.

Retail Experience (Nice to Have): Previous experience working with retail domain providers is a plus.

Collaborator: Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-Starter: Passionate individuals with self-motivation to push boundaries and deliver niche R&D output.

Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with modern data science tools and frameworks.
