Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Shipments (Inward and Outward Delivery Challans): Prepare and manage delivery challans for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Cheque Management: Track cheques received from customers and ensure they are deposited in the bank promptly.
• Material Tracking: Monitor the status of materials until they are delivered to the customers site.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): Schedule and track AMC visits to customers, ensuring all visits are completed as per the schedule.
• Visit Reports: Maintain visit reports received from the technical team and ensure all maintenance visits are documented.
• Complaint Management: Ensure all customer complaints are attended to and resolved, with no pending issues due to material requirements.
• Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of stationery, printing materials, housekeeping supplies, and other miscellaneous items.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
• Minimum work experience of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
