About the Role :

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer on a contractual basis with 5 years of experience in designing seamless and engaging user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI components using Figma.

- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and user interface guidelines.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging UI/UX designs.

- Optimize existing user interfaces and suggest improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Figma and other UI/UX design tools.

- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

- Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

- Knowledge of colour theory, typography, and layout techniques.

- Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
