Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of compelling Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs), crafting persuasive documents that highlight Techolution's innovative solutions and competitive advantages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather critical information and create tailore business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) proposals that align with potential clients' needs and objectives
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including client management and project demonstrations, effectively showcasing Techolution's cutting-edge technologies and their practical applications
  • Support the development of product strategies, ensuring proposed solutions align with market trends and client requirements to maximize business opportunities
  • Engage in comprehensive stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient proposal development and delivery
  • Enhance communication skills by preparing and delivering impactful presentations, reports, and other materials that effectively articulate Techolution's value proposition


Foundational Skills

  • RFP, RFQ, and RFI Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of request processes and the ability to create responsive, compelling documents that effectively highlight Techolution's capabilities and competitive advantages.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exhibit proven experience in directly managing client
    relationships and independently drafting comprehensive proposals, showcasing readiness for autonomous work in future roles.
  • B2B and B2C Proposal Proficiency: Display extensive experience in crafting tailored, competitive proposals for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors, addressing their unique requirements and nuances.
  • Pre-sales Acumen: Possess the ability to establish strong relationships with potential clients, accurately assess their needs, and effectively communicate Techolution's solutions during the pre-sales phase.
  • Solution Presentation Excellence: Showcase exceptional skill in presenting and elucidating complex technological solutions in a clear, engaging manner that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Product Strategy Insight: Demonstrate a keen understanding of aligning Techolution's offerings with market demands and client requirements to develop winning proposals.
  • Stakeholder Management Expertise: Display proficiency in coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to gather critical information and ensure proposal cohesiveness.

Advanced Skills
