Relationship Manager

• Daily generation of leads/enquiries.
• Daily marketing activities to be done as cold calling, telecalling, display events, corporate events, test drive events as per the monthly schedule calendar.
• Successful conversion of those enquires into booking and then ultimately to delivery of the vehicle.
• Taking care of all the pre-sales, during sales and post-sales requirements of customer satisfaction.
• Build a strong relationship with customers for successful reference generation.
• Work on 0 customer complaint and 100 % customer satisfaction

Graduation is mandatory
