Responsibilities:
- Understand Tezo offerings clearly in order to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Create a systematic, sustainable acquisition strategy that can evolve with new trends and changes.
- Emphasize on winning new customers across the verticals and industries.
- Get a hold on all the revenue channels and plan and work towards maintaining the revenue growth consistently.
- Ideate, understand and implement a new market entry strategy for different offerings with right team composition and processes for a better success in the specific Market/Industry.
- Bring in new initiatives that enhance the individual and team level capabilities in driving the organizational growth.
- To maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities.
Must have:
- 14+ years of sales experience into IT Services.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market in IT services.
- Set revenue targets, forecast sales, and manage sales budgets effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and key areas of growth.
- Sales experience in either of Product Engineering, Digital transformation, Data science, AI & ML, Data & Analytics for multiple customers across the globe.
- Expert business development and experience working with executives and C-level clients.
- Proven track record of leading high performing sales in services organizations for global enterprises.
- Change agent qualities delivering Results Driven growth, Customer Centricity and Executive Presence.
- Must be willing to travel to the US for business meetings as required.
- Should have valid US VISA.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent mentoring / training skills to build competency of practice.
- Technical background, bridging gap between sales and technical expertise.
