Senior Executive- Accounts & Commercial

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting:

1. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
2. GL Scrutiny
3. Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer invoices.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Tax and Regulatory Compliance:

1. Assisting in Statutory Audit & Tax Audit
2. Handle regulatory filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
3. Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documents for audit purposes.

Reconciliations & Reporting:

1. Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring alignment between bank statements and company records.
2. Assist in preparing management reports such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Monitor cash flow, accounts aging, and working capital requirements.
