Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales executive from (Waterproofing/Roofing/

Construction/Membrane/ Cement/Tiles) industries to help us meet our customer acquisition

and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be

responsible for maximizing our Distributors potential, implementing sales plans and justifying

those plans to Sales Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must maintain and create new network with Builders, Architect, Dealers, Consultants etc.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that will expands our companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Own the objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of distributors.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the executive team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets area sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Experience: Min. 2 Years in relevant industry/product.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing Highly preferable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English, Hindi and Regional Language.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Persistent and results oriented
