About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data solutions on the AWS platform.

You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Architecture Design :

- Design and develop robust data architectures, including data models, data flows, and data pipelines.

- Define data standards, governance policies, and data quality standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Data Lake and Data Warehouse :

- Design and implement data lakes and data warehouses on AWS.

- Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies.

- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.

Data Integration :

- Design and implement data integration solutions using tools like Apache Spark and Databricks.

- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data lake or data warehouse.

Data Analytics :

- Collaborate with data scientists to enable advanced analytics and machine learning.

- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.

Cloud Technologies :

- Leverage AWS services like AWS Glue, AWS EMR, AWS S3, and AWS Redshift.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7 - 12 years of experience in data architecture and data engineering.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.

- Experience with big data technologies like Apache Spark and Hadoop.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (AWS Glue, AWS EMR, AWS S3, AWS Redshift).

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
