This role is key in advancing our mission to provide scalable, secure, and efficient Power Platform solutions to boost productivity and collaboration across our global workforce.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless adoption and continued innovation within the Power Platform ecosystem, driving business efficiency, automation, and AI-powered solutions. He/she will be responsible for leading Ericsson to take full advantage of Microsoft s latest offerings in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, and Azure Gen AI services.

We are the team that manages the incredible Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tenant that has 5K+ PowerApps and 13K+ Power Automate flows in just 2024 and still growing with ~3000 new makers joined the platform, which is 40% year on year growth, ensuring capabilities to release and ensuring they meet our compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:
Define, enhance and implement central governance, security, data protection policies, role-based access controls, auditing features and compliance best practices across Power Platform ensuring enterprise best practices.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development and deployment.
Design, develop, and manage Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate, CoPilot and CoPilot Studio
Work closely with business and translate the requirements into robust solutions using the Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.
Provide consulting and technical expertise to guide the design and execution of business-driven solutions that are scalable, and comply with security and compliance standards
Conduct training, guidance, and troubleshooting support for business users and internal stakeholders to maximize adoption, empower users across Ericsson to leverage Power Platform effectively and effective usage of Power Platform tools.
Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power CoPilot Studio) within the organization.
Ensure that all solutions are built to scale, maintain high performance, and align with governance and security policies defined by governance team together with IT security solutions
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding and working experience of supporting Microsoft 365 ecosystem for organizations with large number of users, Power Platform administration, governance and best practices.
Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications, Gen AI services from Azure and other Azure services/tools.
Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards, including role-based access controls, data security, governance and compliance within the M365 and Power platform ecosystem.
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines Azure AI technologies, PowerShell and integrating them with Power Platform applications.
Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various business and technical teams
4+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on cloud technologies and enterprise solutions.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power
