Profile required for E2E OSS solution architect who would be responsible for E2E Solution Architecture Experience in below OSS domains o Service Management Delivery o Service fulfilment, including the Network Inventory, Activation and Provisioning. o Service Assurance o Customer Experience Management o Network management systems o Automation using latest tools like PEGA , Blue Prism , Resolve , UI Path , Cortex etc.. Telecom domain knowledge and cloud Telco domain knowledge Responsible for overall OSS architecture across all the above areas. He/she will be responsible to analyse the existing stack and provide recommendations to build future OSS architecture which will be implemented by many markets for a global telco High level e2e solution architecture and design to ensure successful delivery to requirements and governance compliance To define overall E2E architecture landscape by connecting with Customer s Architecture teams E2E ownership of E2E system flows, high level design, architecture decision, and architecture documentation with quality. Mentor guide individual architects and designers to successfully deliver respective OSS stack. Responsible for ensuring all requirements are addressed in solution and ensure delivery by solving any in flight design issues. Responsible to ensure lean, flexible and future ready architecture Good understanding of architecture practice and methodology (Preferably a certified Architect TOGAF etc.) Deep understanding of the following will be an added advantage: o Integration using TIBCO , Web Methods , EDGE etc.. o Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) o Micro services architecture in a DevOps based software development cycle CI/CD o Good Understanding of the Various COTS products from OSS perspective, Open Source and Hybrid models that can best fit based on the analysis o Good understanding of Networks and various NMS and EMS systems o Cloud Implementation (AWS, GCP , Oracle , MS Azure, IBM , OpenStack) o Knowledge about Big Data Solutions o Identification of the impact of change requests on the E2E OSS architecture by connecting with the below levels o Business Management Level o Service Management Level o Network Management Level o Element Management Level
