Deputy National Lead - Payments - Technology

As a Mobile App Architect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining native/hybrid mobile
apps and websites across payment products such as Payment Gateway, Wallets, Bill Payments, and UPI
by working with cross functional teams such as Product, Business and Technology teams


Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and development of mobile
applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security


Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development
team, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture


Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements,
translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs


Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and
frameworks to enhance the development process and product quality


Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence
to architectural standards


Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
and improvement


Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation,
including design patterns, technical specifications, and user guides


Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers,
designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications

Graduation in computers / IT
Must Have: DevOps, Cloud Tech Azure, Postgres Database , Infra mgmt
Nice to have: knowledge Unix/ Linux Shell Scripting for automation

b) Work Experience

Should have good analytical and problem solving skills


10-12 years of overall tech exp
Should have experience in performance tuning of database
Should have team handling capabilities
