Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Redux Node.js JavaScript CSS and React JS along with domain experience in Finance Accounting and Merchandising. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of web applications using Redux Node.js JavaScript CSS and React JS.

Oversee the design and architecture of complex software systems to ensure they meet business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.

Develop and maintain high-quality code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.

Ensure the security and scalability of applications by implementing best practices and industry standards.

Work closely with stakeholders in Finance Accounting and Merchandising to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Redux Node.js JavaScript CSS and React JS.

Have extensive experience in Finance Accounting and Merchandising domains.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Show a proven track record of leading development projects and delivering successful outcomes.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.

Have experience with automated testing frameworks and best practices for code quality.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Show a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Possess a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.

Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
