Customer Care Executive / Back office Executive

Role & responsibilities

Register complaint calls & follow up customer calls.

Record and maintain service call reports as well as claim details

Work with all internal and external customers to satisfy clients

Data / MIF / MIS Update with the aim of eliminating rework.

Coordination / follow up with field team

Clients (Banks, Co-operative banks, Insurance, Government, Power, Telecom, Retail, Corporate Customer, etc.) Internal teams like NNOCC support team, field team & RMMS team

Preferred candidate profile

English communication, fluency in Hindi and Regional language. Fresh candidate B.A./ B.Com with Authorized computer course like MSCIT , Hardware networking course optional

South Indian languages as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi
