Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -



Documentation Management :-


  1. Analyze and extract key information from invoices, bank statements, and Foreign Inward Remittance Advice (FIRA).
  2. Understand and process Financial documents, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Notes to Financials.
  3. Create new documents: Fill application forms and draft declarations as per prescribed government formats.
  4. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all submitted documents.

Data Handling: -


  1. Manage and organize large datasets in Excel, ensuring accuracy in tabulations, calculations, and reports.
  2. Handle Word and PDF documents, including converting, merging, splitting, and reorganizing files.

Communication: -


  1. Coordinate with clients finance teams and internal stakeholders via emails and calls.
  2. Follow up continuously with clients to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.
  3. Participate in evaluation calls during the pre-agreement stage to review client-provided documents, take detailed notes, and prepare a summary report.
  4. Draft and manage email correspondence in English.

Technical Proficiency: -


  1. Use government portals and tools as part of the documentation process (training will be provided).
  2. Stay updated and adapt to technical aspects of the role over time.

Collaboration and Learning: -


  1. Work closely with the management team to execute projects efficiently.
  2. Actively participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning.



Key Skills & Qualifications: -


  1. Educational Background: - Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  2. Financial Acumen : - Strong understanding of financial statements, invoices, currencies, and basic accounting principles.
  3. Familiarity with currency acronyms like USD, EUR, GBP, etc.
  4. Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, and calculations).
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and handling PDFs (conversion, merging, splitting).
  6. Communication Skills: - Fluent in written and spoken English.
  7. Ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
  8. Personal Attributes: - Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  9. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  10. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  11. Preferred but Not Mandatory: Prior experience in handling government documentation or portals.
  12. Familiarity with export invoicing and financial compliance.
