Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Care Representative to join our esteemed team at Head Office Noida, near sector-15 metro station. As a Customer Care Executive for our operation & Maintenance of sewerage network projects, you will interact with the public to receive complaints, distribute to the concern engineers, receiving the feedback and provide the feedback to the complainant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the point of contact for residents, individuals and businesses affected by the sewerage network project.
• Receive and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, complaints, and resolutions, ensuring comprehensive documentation and follow-up.

Requirements

• Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Proven experience in customer care service at a call centre, preferably in a construction, infrastructure, or government-related field.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately in Hindi and English.
• Sound problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach to customer care.
• Good Knowledge in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Female Candidate Required
