Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing HR team. The Recruiter will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to further develop your recruitment skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and networking.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  2. Interview Coordination & Scheduling:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview materials and ensure hiring managers are informed about the candidate pool.
    • Collect and organize feedback from interviewers after candidate interviews.
  3. Candidate Experience & Communication:
    • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide candidates with detailed information about job roles, company culture, and the hiring process.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience, offering support and guidance when needed.
  4. Job Postings & Advertisements:
    • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website.
    • Ensure job postings are accurate and reflect the positions key responsibilities, qualifications, and company culture.
  5. Applicant Tracking & Database Management:
    • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is current and accurate.
    • Maintain a candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Assist hiring managers in defining job requirements, skills needed, and the ideal candidate profile.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and timeline.
  7. Offer Preparation & Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in preparing job offers and conducting offer negotiations, with guidance from senior HR staff.
    • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documents and information are completed for new hires.
  8. Market Research & Networking:
    • Keep abreast of recruitment trends, industry standards, and job market shifts.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
  9. Recruitment Reporting:
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, sourcing channels, and candidate feedback.
    • Assist in preparing weekly or monthly recruitment updates for management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job posting platforms.
    • Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
    • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to assess candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
