Account Executive

Role Description:

People with retail experience is mandatory to apply for this role

• Sales and Purchase Accounting: Manage sales and purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Clear outstanding amounts promptly to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) Management: Create and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. Oversee Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Delivery Challans to ensure timely and accurate documentation- P2P process
• Petty Cash Handling and Accounting: Oversee petty cash transactions, ensuring all expenses are recorded and accounted for. Maintain an organized and transparent petty cash system.
• Expense Allocation: Allocate expenses accurately to the correct cost centers. Ensure all financial records reflect the appropriate cost center allocations for budgeting and reporting purposes.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations. Stay updated on changes in statutory requirements and implement necessary adjustments in accounting practices.
• Statutory compliances related to stores : Ensuring all the statutory compliances related to retail stores and coordinating with consultants for getting compliances done.
• Reconciliation of petty cash with stores 
• Reconciliations between billing softwares and accounting softwares
