Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the quality check of CMS crossing, Bogie, Coupler parts and its assembly for railway with lean manufacturing.
- Updating & issuing of control plan & in Process inspection reports
- Responsible for the various periodic tests for the products (mechanical, chemical and NDT)
- Handling ISI and ISO Certification Process.
- In Process Control from RM to Final Product,
- To carry out Pre-Inspection, Stage Inspection & Final Inspection according to Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) approved by client.
- Assembly, Dimension & Visual inspection of Export Castings, Mining Equipments & clearance of Sample Castings.
- Inspection of several RDSO’s job like CMS CROSSINGS, COUPLER BODIES (E & H Type), COMPLETE CASNUB BOGIE ASSEMBLY, DRAFT GAER HOUSING etc.
- Preparation of Check Sheets, final Inspection, clearance Reports & other Documents.
- To check the Calibration of various Measuring Instruments.
