Analog and Mixed-signal Front-End Engineers

Position background:

A US based electronics start-up is in the process of establishing their Indian operations in Kolkata. They are looking for talented hardware engineers to be based out of Kolkata, with infrequent travel to their US headquarters as per requirements. The selected individuals will also be eligible for ESOPs, along with an attractive pay package in INR. Selection shall be based on written tests/interviews.

As of now, the requirement is for electronics engineers who can get hands on in designing and evaluating complex electronic circuits. Doctoral candidates in electronics and electrical engineering shall be the best fit, along with engineers who have some work experience in the fields outlined below. Exceptional freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Position Roles & Responsibilities & Essential Pre-Requisites:

• B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Tech/M.Sc/PhD in Electronics Engineering
• Work experience as Analog Mixed-signal Front-End Engineers AND/OR Firmware and Back-Eng Engineers)
• Managing the complete hardware development process from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the hardware following deployment
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of hardware and applications
• Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of hardware
• Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed hardware

Required Skillset for Analog Mixed-signal Front-End Engineers:

• Design, test, and evaluate analog circuits including amplifiers and filters.
• Design, test, and evaluate mixed-signal circuits including DC-DC converter, LDO, ADC, DAC, and rectifier.
• Board-level design, test, implementation, and evaluation of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Low-power and low-noise circuit design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Design, implementation, and evaluation of circuit reliability.
