1. Manage all customer interactions and ensure resolution to satisfaction with the company's products or services.
2. Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by the customer.
3. Respond to all the customers in appropriate tone and language.
4. Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions, educate the customer at every given possible opportunity.
5. To excel in this role, candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with MS excel, be highly motivated, and have a customer-centric mindset.
6. Ensure Knowledge of product, system, process and adherence to policies.
7. Adhere to rostered timing, scheduled shifts and other activities.
8. Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service.
9. Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines, Analyse customers data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
10. Manage outbound / Inbound campaigns as per business requirement.
11. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other Process tools to manage their customer portfolio.
