Role & responsibilities

Melting- Technicians / FTT

1. Responsible for adherence to Baettr Behaviour & Values

2. To contribute towards achieving Production & Quality targets

3. To contribute towards achieving department KPIs

4. To follow Zone leaders and shift Incharge's instruction in order to achieve our goals

5. To update respective Checklist

6. To inform any abnormalities in the process or equipment to the HOD​ and adherence to Escalation matrix.

7. To contribute towards emergency preparedness and drills

8. To ensure Safe work environment and to maintain 5S

9. To maintain mutual respect among other employees

10. Adherence to Statutory requirements

11. Adherence to PPEs and safety protocols

12. Responsible for smooth Handing over & Taking over of Shifts

13. To contribute towards Engineering change, Process Change, and new product / Process
