Job Description
1. Understanding and implementing Striko Make Melting furnace operations.
2. Achieve melting area shift output targets w.r.t Rejection %, SPH, OEE, Suggestions.
3. Monitor and maintain attendance % of team members.
4. Motivate team to give suggestions and ensure implementation of the same.
5. Train new operators as per WIS. Support in developing new trainee supervisors.
6. Ensure shift safety adherence w.r.t PPE, KYT. Reporting near misses.
7. Resolving or reporting operator concerns timely.
8. Area floor control and 1S /2S adherence.
9. Understanding and adhering to 5S, 3G, 3K, HP-REN-SO principles.
