Job Title: Project Manager

Job description:
Systems & Technical Knowledge:
Demonstrates disease knowledge/subject matter expertise on up several diseases within oncology
Demonstrates technical expertise on various data entry platforms (e.g. Caisis, Helix etc) and electronic medical record systems.
Project & Operation Management:
Responsible for oversight of day to day training tracking and reporting; trains and coordinates with staff to ensure compliance with completion and accuracy.
With input and guidance from Program Manager (or other senior staff), creates and maintains training projections and timelines.
Coordinates on-boarding of new hires with HR, communicates any delays or issues to Operations and QA management teams.
Identifies issues, trends and makes suggestions to improve and maintain operational processes.
Creates project specific tools and may contribute to project planning and development as directed.
Plans & executes activities like pressure testing and time studies.
Interviews candidates for technical roles like MDAs, DAs, QAs, etc
Monitoring & Reporting:
With appropriate technical support, validates and provides training reports and information regularly and as requested by client or Vasta leadership
Monitors training tracking helps to identify non-compliance/improper usage and operational trends and escalates issues as needed to Vasta leadership.
Creates test assessments and evaluations required throughout the life cycle of the project to measure performance
Information and Systems Management:
Coordinates with client/sponsor and Vasta Operations and QA teams to ensure appropriate systems access, addresses and escalates access issues as needed to Vasta leadership.
Develops various SOPs for the team and is responsible to maintain all administrative documents for all relevant projects in an easy to access central location (e.g. training documents, SOPs, training timelines).
Special Projects:
As directed, takes a leadership role with non-project specific client communication
May lead or help with client specific initiatives (e.g. site visits)
Maintains disease specific training library for all diseases for use across the company
Helps identify and deploy resources (both personnel and subject matter) to train new members of teams across the company
Creates interview tests for various positions to assess expertise in topics like human anatomy and physiology
Security responsibilities
Ensure the completion of compliance awareness training for all the team members.
Review the Risk register annually or in case of any changes and obtain approvals.
Update Procedure documents, Risk Register and ensure there are approvals.
Review and update HIPAA, Information security violations to stake holders.
Ensure the ISMS Objectives are monitored .
Education and Experience:
3-6 years experience in handling large teams
Experience working in CDM (Clinical Data Management) / US Healthcare companies.
Graduate / PG - Medicos: BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD
Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent communication skills and abilities to collaborate with and present to individuals of varying levels of authority, including senior and Executive leadership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail with an ability to perform critical review of various types of documents
Outstanding written and verbal skills
Ability to independently solve problems and work cross-culturally
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with multi-disciplinary project teams
