Master Trainer (Auto Electrical & Electronics)

Eligibility

BE/B-TEC (Automobile/E&TC/Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical) with 5 to 6 year work experience in Auto electrical & Electronics system.

Functional expertise required

1. Able to work on auto Electrical & Electronics systems, its components & troubleshoot.
2. Should have hands-on expertise on various auto electrical systems like ECU based engine control (flashing), lighting, ABS, traction control, various communication protocols, comfort system, etc. 
3. Be aware of skill/knowledge required to address job rolls related to Auto electrical & Electronics system.
4. Knowledge of safety standards, CMVR rules, Defensive driving, etc.
5. MS office instructional design, Presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. Derive skill & knowledge required to develop training aids & contents by Studying TML specific auto electrical / electronic systems, Electric vehicle.
2. Develop training aids for skill building & soft data for related knowledge building to cater to minimize quality & safety issues in vehicle manufacturing operations at all stages.
3. Scheduling of training programs, Deliver training programs to confirm expected outcome.
4. Ensure upkeep of all training infra required for Qualitative & quantitative accomplishment of training delivery.
5. Execute Apprenticeship training program related to auto electrical & Electronics systems at SDC & Monitor On the Job’ training at plant.
6. Monitoring 5S, safety & discipline at training workshop.
