Job Overview:

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs on various emerging technologies. The successful candidate will have a robust technical background, excellent instructional skills, and a passion for educating others in these advanced fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs on IoT, blockchain, robotics, edge computing, quantum computing, and other emerging technologies.

- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.

- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including IT professionals, developers, engineers, and business leaders.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in emerging technologies and incorporate them into training programs.

- Assess the training needs of clients and customize training programs to meet their specific requirements.

- Provide post-training support and mentoring to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technologies.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other trainers to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: C , java , python , web development.

- Strong knowledge of the principles and applications of emerging technologies.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs.

- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus (e.g., IoT, blockchain, robotics certifications).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
