Educational Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech (CS/IS), BCA or MCA.

We are hiring candidates with a technical background who can work Melbourne hours from 3:00 AM to 12:00 Noon IST and are willing to work in rotational shifts.

Candidates must be flexible with their working hours, as this position requires working from the office.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Good experience in implementing SQL queries.


- Proficient in L1 and L2 level Production Support.

- Should be able to effectively communicate ticket details to the development or data team for escalations.

- Proven experience in issue resolution via ticketing systems.

- Good understanding of FTP and SFTP file handling.

- Capable of performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on issues by collaborating with relevant teams in accordance with business day policies.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

- Knowledge of APIs and their working mechanisms.

- Ability to manage customer calls and email support, resolving tickets within SLA.

- General responsibilities for implementing or maintaining the Noesys Information Security policy, as well as any specific responsibilities for the protection of assets, or the execution of security processes or activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

Skills Required : SQL

Tools : JIRA, SQL Developer, SQL Server, Job Scheduling Tools

Mandatory Criteria :

- Excellent communication skills are essential.

- The CV should not have any career gaps.

- Candidates must be flexible with extending working hours when necessary.

- Preference will be given to candidates located in Bangalore.

- No travel accommodations will be provided for the final face-to-face interview round.

Interview Process :

- First Round - Telephonic HR screening.

- Second Round - Technical round with the manager

- Third Round - Final face-to-face technical interview with the founder at the office premises.

Working Mode : Work from Office only.

Rotational Shifts : Applicable for Technical Support candidates.

Work Timings : 3am to 12pm.
